"That's more like it!" Yuzuha is delighted with what has just happened at the Masaki household - Tenchi has slapped Ryoko! (0:27:03 or Title 1, Chapter 13, 0:00:51 of the U.S.A. release DVD)

This is a multilayer, end cel. The top layer is the video device, which is a paper cut out pasted onto a cel. The next layer is Yuzuha's mouth. Yuzuha is drawn completely, on the layer just beneath the mouth. The toys and lab equipment on the top of the image are drawn on the last cel layer. Finally, the background is painted on heavy paper stock.
